Late Payments are subject to a $50.00 per day late payment penalty. We provide a top notch service on demand, and we expect prompt payment upon completion. Those who fail to make payments on the terms we have agreed to will be billed for this penalty on each and every day until payment is received. We repeat, late payments can and will be billed a $50.00 late fee per day the payment is late.
Cancellations of estimates are a normal part of running a business. However, we ask that we be notified of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Due to an issue that has come about with customers who fail to keep their appointment, we will be billing a $50.00 fee for any customer/potential client that does not keep their appointment and notify us in advance.
